We provide intensive services to keep families together and safe. Our bilingual case workers help families build a plan to stabilize themselves over time. Intact Family Services How We Help Intact Family Services provides intensive services to keep families together and children safe. With the support of a case worker, families build a strength-based plan to stabilize their family over the course of six months. Our Approach We believe that every family is capable of positive change and believe in the right of every family to receive services that are non-judgmental, respectful, and professional. Our caseworkers work alongside our families to collaboratively find solutions that work. We respect all cultures and have one of the largest bilingual English/Spanish teams in Illinois. "The Intact program helped me so much with understanding a lot with my kids and helping with myself. My caseworker was the best. She helped me so much, always checked up on my kids and myself, and even helped my grandma. She always had an amazing vibe when she came by. We really appreciate her so much." - Program Participant Referrals All referrals for this program come from the Department of Children and Family Services. If you suspect a child is being abused or neglected, please call 800-25-ABUSE (800-252-2873).
