About the Role
The Workforce Development Supervisor oversees the workforce development programs by providing: management of designated programs and program delivery staff, day-to-day management support to ensure smooth operation, and maintain program compliance and evaluation in accordance with agency and contractual guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to program services and outcomes.
Prefer at least 3 years’ experience in any combination of several of the following areas of supervision, program coordination, or economic, workforce, or community development.
Advanced computer skills.
Valid Illinois Driver’s License, insured car and good driving record.
