Bhavini Shah, MBA, is a Customer Success Director of Healthcare & LifeSciences at Salesforce. She received her MBA in Strategy, Marketing and Finance from University of Chicago-Booth School of Business. She is experienced in helping organizations through times of transformation.

Why I Serve?
I’ve been working in Healthcare for a long time and have seen the intersection of health and economic well-being and the role of public, private and social organizations. The Association House brings a holistic, empathy-based approach with tangible results that is unique and has proven to work for over 100 years. The opportunity to be part of that story and give back using my knowledge and experiences is my small way of helping out - contributing to a better community and better trajectory for individuals to achieve more with the right support.
