About the Role
Teaches one or more core classes and electives.
Assists with individualized academic advisement and supportive services. Maintains accurate, up-to-date
records of class and student progress. Models appropriate behaviors and teaches social skills needed to
succeed in academic and vocational settings. Supports and collaborates with other teachers in a team
approach to working with students.
Requirements
B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution in a field related to language arts, social science, science or mathematics.
Prior experience with multi-ethnic population preferred.
Illinois State Certification required.
Annual salary is contingent on years of same or similar educational work experience and educational level.
