A black female participant smiling

"A few years ago I struggled to get out of bed, had no self-esteem, was lashing out at people, and used alcohol as my coping mechanism. Now I am more optimistic and know how to handle both my good days, and bad days. I've learned how to incorporate new techniques to reduce my feelings of depression."

For self-pay, a sliding scale fee is available for those who qualify.
