Prior to joining Northern Trust, Subhadeep held key positions at Bank of America, where he made substantial contributions to both the retail and investment banking portfolios. His multifaceted experience in these roles equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse challenges and opportunities in the financial services landscape. He acted as a financial Chair for Asia leadership network while at Bank of America , He serves as a valued member of a product startup advisory board, where he leverages his expertise to guide emerging companies towards growth and sustainability. Subhadeep is actively pursuing opportunities to contribute to the community as a member of non-profit boards of directors in the Chicagoland area, after completion of a certification on Non Profit Board from Kellogg school of management. In his leisure time, Subhadeep finds solace and enjoyment in various pursuits. He is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about cricket and soccer. He frequently engages in pick-up games with friends, fostering camaraderie and healthy competition. Subhadeep also has a culinary flair and delights in preparing delicious meals for his family and friends, bringing people together through the joy of food. Why I Serve? Back 2 School Fair Anchor 1 How We Help The annual Back to School Health Fair connects neighborhood families with everything they need to send their children back to school ready for success. From school supplies and local resources to vaccines and full physicals, this giant block party has something for everyone and truly brings the community together. Event Details When Saturday, August 2, 2025 9 AM - 1 PM Where Association House of Chicago 1116 N Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60651 Parking lot at Kedzie and Thomas Community Resources Each year, we are joined by partners from across Chicago to offer connections to hundreds of resources. 2025 Partners Puerto Rican Cultural Center, Midwest Express Clinic, Tutoring Chicago, Tree House Humane Society, Chicago Urban League, Illinois Action for Children, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Gift of Hope, Mary Crane Center Physicals & Pediatric Vaccines Free school and sports physicals are offered in partnership with local doctors and healthcare professionals. Free pediatric vaccines are provided in partnership with the Blue Cross Care Van.   • Psychosocial Rehabilitation | Association House

    PSR is a day program offering group and individual services to build relationships and teach independent living skills to maximize self-sufficiency. Psychosocial Rehabilitation How We Help Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) is a therapeutic day program that offers group and individual services aimed at building relationships and teaching independent living skills to maximize participants’ self-sufficiency and role function in the community. Our Approach Participants engage in the program anywhere between six months and two years depending on their individual needs and treatment goals. The program covers a wide range of topics, designed to help participants manage their mental illness, stay healthy, and increase their ability to live independently. The program meets Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Breakfast and lunch are served daily, and several breaks are scheduled throughout the day. All services are provided in Spanish and English. Experiences in the program: Groups and individual skill building activities’ Attend local events and attractions Recreational activities Mental health advocacy opportunities NAMI walk for mental health awareness Visiting local museums and music events Through group we learn: Coping Skills and Self Advocacy Symptom Management for: Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia Medication Management Healthy Living and Relationships Social and Communication Skills Safety at Home and in the Community Money Management and Decision Making "In PSR, I learned anger management, communication skills, and how to take care of my mental health. If it hadn’t been for Association House, I would probably be dead or living on the streets." - Program Participant Eligibility & Costs We provide services to individuals with Medicaid coverage at no cost to the participant. We accept all Medicaid plans. We are unable to accept any private insurance. 92% of participants will increase their understanding/knowledge regarding their mental illness and medicine management.
