About the Role
Teaches life skills, and facilitates education, training and employment services for a group of assigned students. Assists youth in identifying and accessing needed services. Conducts home visits and needed outreach.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Employment in case management, leadership development, education, organizing, and/or training and employment preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Prior experience with multi-ethnic population preferred.
