About the Role
Oversees the Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) processes, along with VP and President, to ensure that agency, licensing and accreditation/regulatory standards are maintained. Oversees Utilization Review staff, and develops processes with them to review records, according to best practice and accreditation requirements for appropriateness and quality of services. Serves as the Council on Accreditation liaison and leads the COA accreditation process. Assists in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan. Assists with grant writing as assigned.
Requirements
Master’s degree in social work, child welfare, behavioral science, public health, or related degrees from an accredited college or university required.
A minimum of 2 years post-masters experience in clinical practice, supervision, substance use, child welfare, or mental health settings.
Professional License from State of Illinois preferred. (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC).
