Responsible for providing counseling services to adults, adolescents, and children. Conducts intake assessment to determine service needs. Formulates treatment plan and implements intervention strategies. Provides crisis intervention services. Provides referrals to needed services and community resources. Documents all services using program protocols.
Must be licensed by state of Illinois: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist.
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Two years or more of post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
Advanced training providing psychotherapy/counseling with varying populations preferred.
Must have independent liability insurance.
