About the Role

Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Coordinator performs duties of a highly confidential and detailed nature related to onboarding, recruitment, staff development and training, and benefits coordination. Works with the Human Resources Director to ensure that agency and accreditation human resources standards are met.


  • BA/BS in a related field preferred.

  • Two years of successful experience in human resources required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English preferred.

  • Experience in administrative and clerical assignments.

  • Experience and efficiency with Excel, Word, and databases.
