Case Manager

About the Role

Responsible for providing support and case management to Returning Citizens and/or Justice Involved participants in the Culinary Training Program. Responsibilities include participation in candidate interviews and assessment, support during enrollment, regular case management sessions, facilitation of Moral Reconation Therapy group sessions, and program retention services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to program services and outcomes preferred.

  • Current MRT Group Facilitation Certificate or ability to successfully complete 32 hour MRT training.

  • Minimum of 3 years of case management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with a diverse participant population.

  • Experience in recruiting, assessing, enrolling, career coaching and placing participants strongly preferred.

  • Background working with Justice Involved/Returning Citizens/Reentry Population preferred.

  • Strong customer service orientation and results orientation.

  • Demonstrated sales skills strongly preferred.

  • Flexibility to work evening and weekends to meet program operations and needs.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data entry.
