About the Role
High school degree or GED. Bachelor’s degree in public health, nutrition, or healthcare preferred. Experience working with multi-ethnic populations. Experience recruiting, training and coordinating volunteers preferred. Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours to meet program operations and needs.
Requirements
Recruit, train and coordinate AmeriCorps volunteers.
Maintain record of all volunteer activities in accordance with funders and program standards.
Track program outcomes and demographics using data management system.
Ensure program compliance and capacity.
Develop accurate and timely program reports.
Represent program in the community and among potential referral sources.
