Administrative Services Coordinator - Community Health and Workforce Development

About the Role

To manage various financial and administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, processing vouchers and invoices, monitoring financial transactions, data entry into client management systems, assisting with personnel activity reporting tasks, supervision of intake and data entry staff, and assisting with the maintenance of participant files to ensure compliance with agency policies and grant protocols.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.  

  • Associates Degree in relevant field preferred.  

  • Experience working with multi-ethnic populations.  

  • Experience in customer service setting preferred. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data entry.  

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Career Connect, or ECM, preferred.
