Individual Giving

When you invest in our mission, your support is tax-deductible to the greatest extent provided by law. And, we maximize your financial contribution: 86% of every dollar goes directly to our programs and services.

Donor Advised Funds

Many of our supporters choose to recommend charities for a grant through their donor-advised fund. To designate us as part of your tax-savvy charitable planning, please connect to your donor-advised fund to recommend Association House of Chicago.

Transfer a Gift of Stock

Giving stock gifts provide you with a high value. Generally, you can avoid the capital gains tax, and can claim a tax-deductible amount on the date of transfer.

Fundraise for Association House

Facebook fundraisers are easy ways to have your friends and loved ones make recognition gifts in your honor! You can designate Association House of Chicago to receive checks or online donations from your friends and loved ones – in instances of a birthday, funeral, wedding, or other important occasions. Honorees are notified of your gift, with your gift amount remaining confidential.

Matching Gifts

Want to double the impact of your donation? Many companies match an employee’s donation dollar-for-dollar. Ask your employer’s HR department if there is a matching gifts program at your workplace. You can also check here to see whether your employer supports matching gits.

Bequests: A Planned Gift

A bequest is a statement of intent that can be inserted in your will or living trust and can be established for a specific dollar amount or percentage of an estate or residuary estate. This planned gift is completely free of estate and other taxes. If you would like to plan a bequest to include Association House of Chicago, please notify us so we may recognize your thoughtfulness.

Corporate Giving


Sponsorship opportunities are available throughout the year for events, including our Annual Benefit. Sponsorships start at $1,500 and are a great way to provide meaningful financial support while also receiving visibility for your company.

In-Kind Drives

The Association House relies on generous donors to collect needed items for participants throughout the year. Our corporate partners often host drives to collect items, including holiday toys, back to school supplies, and professional attire.


We welcome corporate volunteer groups to spend a day learning more about the Association House of Chicago while providing us much-needed help with completing projects around the Association House. Corporate volunteer days are a beneficial team-building experience while doing good in the community.
