Ms. Sadauskas serves as the chief operating officer of the Association House of Chicago, an historic institution that has spanned more than one hundred years of service to Chicagoans from all walks of life. She oversees all aspects of the organization’s 12 million dollar budget, the management of more than 200 employees and five facilities, and works in tandem with a dedicated governing Board of Directors. She joined Association House more than 30 years ago, rising up through the ranks to become the first women to assume the organization’s highest leadership position. She is actively involved in the Greater Humboldt Park and West Town communities, and serves as the volunteer Board Chair of the Spanish Coalition for Housing. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Ms. Sadauskas is an accomplished multi lingual professional that has been featured numerously in both print and electronic Chicago media for her successful role at Association House for more than three decades, and her “hands on” approach to enhancing the quality of life for the diverse neighborhoods surrounding the agency.
