Supervisor III - Counseling Services
Ensures coordination of services and continuity of care to participants. Develops and establishes intensive outreach strategies to engage participants in services. Monitors delivery of substance abuse and mental health services and ensures continuous quality improvement in relation to program goals and standards. Coordinates and ensures appropriate crisis management services. Works closely with other programs and service providers in the community to increase participants’ access to needed services and to develop community support. Monitors program staff’s performance and the quality and documentation of their services. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, human services or a related field. Three years of experience in the mental health and/or substance abuse field. Prior experience in a multi-ethnic setting preferred. LCPC/LCSW/LMFT required. Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, holidays during emergencies. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
