Ms. Sadauskas oversees all aspects of Association House’s $11 million operations, including management of more than 200 employees and five facilities in partnership with the Board of Directors. She began at Association House 30 years ago in the Senior Outreach Program and has been President of Association House for the past 16 years. She is actively involved in the Humboldt Park and Greater West Town Community and serves as Board President for the Spanish Coalition for Housing. Ms. Sadauskas has a B.A. in Education and a certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Illinois.
